Mini-bases are not only helpful in distracting the enemy team from your main base, but they'll also act as an alert system, as when any of your structures are attacked, you'll receive an alert, letting you know that your enemy is advancing to your base. We highly recommend utilizing mini-bases, as they are one of the best strategies you can use in a PvP match. Because if you or someone else has a bunch of mobs just lying around, it could cost you the game. When you spawn in other mobs to help you out, make sure your teammates aren't in the middle of an invasion or trying to hold off an attack. Just like Allays and Supplies, you all share the same number of troops. The other is to ensure that the Piglins don't damage your base and make it weaker for the other team. The main reason is that once they're destroyed, you'll earn Prismarine, which can be used to build high-end structures. Once you load into the game, you or your teammates should scout around right away to find the Horde bases. So if you decide to build something, make sure you don't use up all the allays and supplies because your other teammate might need them more than you. You and your allies will share Allays and supplies throughout your game. Because if you do, sometimes having one nearby to your enemy's base is faster and can save you time. The other reason is that you never know when you'll die in combat. It's smart to have cheap spawners like Plank Golems or Cobblestone Golems near your walls, as should you get invaded, the enemy troops will target them first and not your walls. The first reason is for defensive purposes. It's important to mention that turning them into stone takes a little while, so make sure you build one sooner rather than later.Įven though it's best to keep Spawners inside your base, it can also be worth it to have them right outside too. These structures turn all nearby walls and towers into stone, which gives them more health. While the Gathers should be in charge of getting supplies and building up defensive structures all around your base in case you get invaded.Ī Masonry will make a huge difference when you're holding off an enemy invasion. The Hunters should be the ones to lead the offensive charge and be responsible for making sure the enemy doesn't have a chance to invade. The Hunter is someone who goes out and explores the land. While playing, you should always assign each member of your team a role - whether this is a Hunter or a Gather. Because without an Improvement Hub, you won't be able to upgrade troops, mine materials such as Coal and Iron, spawn in the Firsts, or build structures like Redstone Launchers. The second you spawn into a match, the first thing you should begin doing is building an Improvement Hub. Looking for something in particular? Click or tap the links below to jump ahead.
